Family Literacy Nights

Roseburg Schools invites families with children ages 2–4 to join us for three free Family Literacy Nights throughout the 2026–27 school year! Explore early literacy through storytelling, play and hands-on activities, and discover fun ways to support learning at home.

Families are encouraged to attend all three events. Registration is required for each literacy night and will open separately as each date approaches. The first 20 families to register and attend each event will receive a free interactive storybook!

The literacy night series is part of Roseburg Schools' ongoing efforts to strengthen early literacy development and help children build the skills they need to succeed in school. Families do not need to have children enrolled in Roseburg Schools to participate.

For more information about the literacy night series, contact Roseburg Schools Primary Literacy Support & Early Learning Facilitator Tatum Stedman at tstedman@roseburg.k12.or.us.
